1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)
  • Local Delivery (if available in your area)

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please contact us directly for custom shipping options.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Delays & Issues

If your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier issues), we will inform you as soon as possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
