Service Agreement

1. Introduction

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which Gym Service LA (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) provides services to our customers (“Client”, “you”).

By scheduling or receiving any services from us, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Scope of Services

We offer services including, but not limited to:

Repair and maintenance of fitness equipment
Installation and assembly
Equipment sales and rentals
Equipment transportation and relocation
Upholstery services and restoration

A detailed description of services will be agreed upon in writing before the work begins.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved methods. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Liability

While we take utmost care in providing our services, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service performance, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty on service labor. This does not cover misuse, third-party interference, or natural wear and tear. Any issues must be reported within the warranty period.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

The service area is accessible and safe
Equipment is unplugged and free of obstacles
Accurate information is provided about the equipment

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance.
